About Us
Heinke's Family Farm is located in northern California in the town of Paradise. We are a Certified Grower of organic Concord table grapes. Our grapes are sold in many stores located throughout the United States. Our company dates back to the early 1900's, spanning through multiple generations of the Heinke family. Our company prides itself in providing quality grapes that meet CCOF standards.
Our grapes are hand picked, chilled, and packaged on the farm. Heinke's Family Farm is one of the few remaining family owned and operated companies still using the time honored method of hand picking our grapes. This personal attention to every detail has earned us a reputation of unequaled excellence and respect for Heinke's in the organic fruit industry.
California kiwi fruit history
Heinke's Family Farm was the first commercial grower of Kiwifruit in the United States. The original nine kiwi vines planted by Carl Heinke in 1960 are still alive and produce kiwis to this day.
